Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for a purchase to arrive.
- Please make sure that your Internet connection is stable.
- Try restarting the game a couple of times and rebooting your device.
- Try clicking on the same offer in the game that you tried to buy. It should have a "Retry" button on it, the use of which usually helps you get your purchase if something went wrong.

1) Enter payments.google.com, then log in with your Google account.
2) Select Transactions to display your Play Store order history.
3) Click an individual entry to view its corresponding receipt.
