Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to have all of your personal data, used in our application and our partners' services (purchase payments, in-app ad views, etc.), deleted.

Please bear in mind that should you decide to do so, your user account will be deleted without the possibility of it being restored. You will, however, be able to start the game over from Level 1.  

For Android

Follow these instructions to delete your personal data:

1. Go to in-game Settings;
2. Tap the Info button;
3. Tap the Delete Account button;
4. In two consecutive pop-up windows, carefully read the warning and make sure you agree to the terms of deletion;
5. Confirm your decision by tapping the  Delete Account button in both windows;
6. Type YES in the appeared confirmation string and then tap the Confirm button ;
7. After that, you will not be able to play the game for 14 days while your account is being deleted;
8. If you decide to cancel the deletion during this 14-day period, you can open the game and use the Cancel Deletion button. In this case, your account will not be deleted, your progress will be saved and you will be able to continue playing.

Other Platforms

Follow these instructions to delete your personal data:

  1. Go to in-game Settings (the gear button in the right part of the screen);
  2. Tap the Help button;
  3. Tap the the Contact Us button in the upper-right corner;
  4. In the pop-up window, write your request for the complete deletion of your data;
  5. You may be offered to chose between several subjects of your message. If this happens, then you need to select I have another issue;
  6. After that, a support agent will contact you to finally confirm the deletion of the data.

In case you cannot open your game:

In case you cannot open your game and want us to delete your personal data, please write us an email with your request at privacy@vizor-apps.com and follow the instructions given by our support agent.
