Energy flowers can be obtained from your pets that may find it at various locations in the game. After that, they can be turned into energy in the Biodigester.
Where is the Biodigester?
It's located on a separate island to the right from the Nursery.
How to use it?
Hold and drag the flower to the center of the Biodigester. You'll receive energy after one of the bars is full.
