If your game is crashing, glitching, or won't load, try these steps

  1. Close background apps: Tap square icon on the navigation bar or swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open recent apps.  Swipe away the ones you don't need. 

  2. Restart your deviceTurn it off and back on to refresh the system.
  3. Free up storage space: The game requires over 1.5GB of free space to run smoothly. Open Settings → Storage  and delete unused apps, photos, or videos.

  4. Clear the game cacheOpen Settings → Apps  Atlantis Odyssey  Clear CACHE. Be careful not to press Clear DATA. 

  5. Switch from cellular data to Wi-Fi or vice versa. It may fix errors in network settings or data transmission.
