If your game keeps freezing or crashing frequently, try these steps:

  1. Close background apps: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen or double-click the Home button to open recent apps. Swipe away the ones you don't need.

  2. Restart your device: Turn it off and on again to refresh the system.

  3. Free up storage space: The game requires over 1.5GB of free space to run smoothly. Open Settings   General   iPhone Storage  and delete unused apps, photos, or videos. 
  4. Change internet network: Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa, even if your internet seems fine. It may fix errors in network settings or data transmission.
