If your game frequently freezes or crashes, do the following:
 
  • Make sure you downloaded the latest version of the game from the Play Store. If you download the game from any other site, we cannot ensure game stability and high performance; 
  • Make sure your Internet connection is stable and try using a different type of network (Wi-Fi or mobile Internet);
  • Force stop all unnecessary applications before launching the game;
  • Try clearing the game's cache on your device: Open Settings >> Apps >> Road Trip. Tap the Clear CACHE button (do not confuse it with Clear DATA - please do not tap that);
  • Try reinstalling the game.
