If your game crashes or freezes frequently, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Make sure you downloaded the latest version of the game from the Play Store. If you download the game from any other site, we cannot ensure game stability and high performance.

- Make sure your Internet connection is stable and try using a different type of network (Wi-Fi or mobile Internet).

- Try to force stop all unnecessary applications while playing the game.

- Try to clear game's cache on your device: Open Settings >> Apps >> My Estate Quest >> And tap the Clear CACHE button (do not confuse with Clear DATA - please do not tap that).
