If your game crashes or freezes frequently, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you downloaded the latest version of the game from the App Store. If you’re using a jailbroken device, we cannot ensure game stability and high performance.
- Make sure your Internet connection is stable and try using a different type of network (Wi-Fi or mobile Internet).
- Try to play with other applications closed. To do it, you need to double-click your home button and swipe all other applications apart from My Estate Quest.
- Check your device’s storage capacity: Open Settings >> About to check available capacity. Free up space by removing unused Apps, pictures and videos.
