Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to delete your personal data used in our application. Should you decide to delete your data, your user account will be shut down and deleted, and it will not be possible to restore it. We will proceed to delete all your personal data; once it is done, you will permanently lose your current game progress as well as any subscriptions and purchases. To complete the deletion, you will need to uninstall our application on your device.

To continue:

  1. Open the game settings by tapping the gear icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Select Help and Support.
  3. Tap the message icon in the top-right corner or the Chat with Us button at the bottom.
  4. Send us your request regarding the deletion of your personal data.
 
In case you cannot open your game:
In case you cannot open your game and want us to delete your personal data, please write us an email with your request at privacy@vizor-apps.com and follow the instructions given by our support agent.
