- was the application running in the background (minimized)?
- does anything happen in the game when you tap the Try again button?
- does the game load if you tap the Exit button and try to log in again?
- what type of internet connection do you use? Try switching from mobile internet to Wi-fi and vice versa;
- check the speed of your internet connection, as well as internet access for our game in your device settings.
