You need to do the following:
- collect the resources from your zombie workers;
- stop their work;
- tap the icon with blue arrows in the lower right corner of the screen and select the coins button;
- then tap the worker you want to sell.

Note! You can’t sell workers that you got at the game start for free on the Big Land.
