Game ID is a set of numbers and letters associated with your game state on a specific device. Sometimes we need it to take a closer look at your problem or send you some goodies. 

Tap the gear button in the top left corner of your game screen to go to Settings. There you will see two tabs. Your game ID will be written at the top of the first tab. To the right of the ID there is a copy button. Just tap it and paste your ID wherever you need it: in your e-mail to our support team, in a private message to our Facebook page moderators, or in a mini-game Google sheet. In case something goes wrong and you can’t get to the Settings screen, you can see your game ID on the game loading screen above the progress bar. 

Please note that your game ID changes every time you reinstall the game. If you play on 2 or more devices, you’ll have as many IDs as devices. This helps us to identify the problem and its origin more accurately. 

In the second lower tab you’ll find your Facebook ID. In order to ensure your game progress is saved, you’ll need to connect your game to a Facebook account. This allows you to store your progress on the cloud; play on more than one device; transfer from one device to another, which includes game progress transfer from an iOS device to an Android phone/tablet, and vice versa. 

Note that Facebook ID in the game differs from your general Facebook ID.
