Tap and hold an object you want to move until a green arrow appears above it. You can also use Move tool - tap the icon with blue arrows in the bottom-right corner of the screen, select Move (the icon with blue arrows) in the menu appeared on the bottom side of the screen and tap the object you want to move. Now you can drag the object to the desired location. Tap the green arrow above the object to place it.

Tap the red cross in the bottom-right corner of the screen to exit Move mode.
