There are different types of wells. They have a limited amount of times they give tools. Once the limit is reached, the well turns golden - and that's the last time you can get tools from it. Then it disappears.

1. The UNLIMITED (permanent) wells. These wells can be identified by their copper-colored roof and are a gift to zombiekind. They provide us with as many tools as we need to explore the islands. However, there are only a few of the unlimited wells in the zombie world. Explore the islands to find the permanent wells.

2. The ONE-stage wells. You can find them all over the zombie world. These wells give out tools, turn GOLDEN, grant the last portion of the tools, and fall to pieces. Sadly, that’s it. The ONE-stage wells with no roof have 100 cycles, while the wells with brown roof have only 50 cycles.

3. The TWO-stages wells. Once this well turns GOLDEN, it will rebuild itself and grant more tools. After it gives out all the tools, it will turn GOLDEN again and vanish.

4. GOLDEN-ROOF Wells. If you want to explore the lands faster, you can buy Golden-Roof Water Wells at the Market. These wells have one stage with 100 cycles. Then they turn GOLDEN, burst out with the final portion of tools and disappear. Not to worry! You can always buy more Golden-Roof wells!
