If your game crashes or freezes frequently, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure you downloaded the latest version of the game from the App Store. If you’re using a jailbroken device, we cannot ensure game stability and high performance. 

2. Try to play with other applications closed. To do it, you need to double-tap your home button and swipe all other applications apart from Zombie Castaways. 

3. Check your device’s storage capacity: Open Settings >> About to check available capacity >> Free up space by removing unused Apps, pictures and videos.
