Zombucks, coins, and other items never disappear in the game. You must have spent them to buy some resources (most probably Super-swords). It is also very likely that you skipped some tasks for Zombucks.

If you are absolutely sure the Zombucks vanished, please contact us and we will find the log that explains what your Zombucks have been used on.
