Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for a purchase to arrive. Please make sure that your Internet connection is stable. Try restarting the game a couple of times and rebooting your device.

Here is where you can find your payment receipt:
  • You are supposed to get an email with each of your receipts. If you can't find it:
  1. Go to Amazon.com.
  2. If you are not logged in, sign in with your Amazon ID.
  3. Tap "Your Orders" in the "Accounts & Lists" menu.
