All videos in the game are provided by our advertising companies, their performance depends on: advertising network, game device, device cache, the amount of free RAM and your region.

Please try the following steps:

- switch to a different type of network (Wi-Fi or mobile Internet).

- disable antivirus, VPN apps, ad-blocking apps (for example, Adblock).

- close the apps running in the background.

- reset the advertising ID.

- clear the game cache in your device settings: Applications > Klondike > Clear CACHE (DO NOT confuse with Clear DATA!).
