If your game crashes or freezes frequently, please try the following steps:
- Clear game's cache on your device: Open Settings >> Apps >> Klondike >> tap Clear CACHE button (DO NOT confuse with Clear DATA!).
- Free up space by removing unused apps, pictures and videos.
- Try using a different type of network (Wi-Fi or mobile Internet).
- Make sure you downloaded the latest version of the game from the Play Store.
- Close unnecessary apps running in the background.
