Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for a purchase to arrive. Please make sure that your Internet connection is stable. Try restarting the game a couple of times and rebooting your device.

If that didn’t help, please send us a screenshot of the payment receipt, and we’ll sort it out!

Here is where you can find your payment receipt:

You are supposed to get an email with each of your receipts. If you can't find it:

  1. Make sure you sign in with the account you used to make the purchase.
  2. Open your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders).
  3. To see past orders and past purchases, use the Show and Ordered within filters.
  4. Select Order details > Print / Tax Invoice. Take a screenshot of what you see and send it to us.
