Sometimes you might need to send us a screenshot for the support team to check. Here are some directions on how to take this action easily, depending on the device you are playing from.
How to take a screenshot:
On an iPhone:
On an iPhone with Face ID: Simultaneously press and release the side button and the volume up button.
On an iPhone with a Home button: Press and release the Home and Side buttons at the same time.
On an Android device:
Open the screen that you want to capture.
Depending on your phone:
- Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
- If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.
- If neither of these work, go to your phone manufacturer’s support site for help.
- At the bottom left, you’ll find a preview of your screenshot. On some phones, at the top of the screen, you'll find Screenshot capture.
On an iPad:
- On an iPad with a Home button: Simultaneously press and then release the top button and the Home button.
- On other iPad models: Simultaneously press and then release the top button (on the top-right edge of iPad) and either volume button.
On a Windows PC:
- Use the 'Print Screen' button (PrtSc). You'll find it on the upper-right side of most keyboards (or next to the Space Bar on some). It will copy an image of your entire screen to the clipboard.
- Hit 'Ctrl + V' to paste it into a document.
