If you noticed that your points have been reset, don’t worry - this happens at the start of a new game week. Points do not carry over to the next week, as the reward progress bar resets every seven days, regardless of whether you reached 1,000 points or not.

To make sure you claim the final reward, try to complete tasks evenly throughout the week and keep an eye on the timer above the reward bar - it shows how much time is left until the next reset.

A new week means new opportunities to earn valuable rewards, so keep going!
