The issue with the progress loss could occur due to selecting the incorrect email when logging into the game. We can help you restore the progress if you contact us via the game's Settings (select Progress issues > Progress loss > Lost game progress > My game reset after the update). Please note that due to the high volume of messages the manual restoration may take up to 2 days.
You can also restore your progress yourself faster by following the instructions and choosing the correct email that your old progress was linked to:
- Open the game.
- When the Google synchronization window appears, take a note of the email address displayed (example in the first screenshot). This is the incorrect email. Please remember it.
- In the game, go to Settings (Gear icon) > Account and press the “Log out from Google” button.
- Restart the game.
- In the Google synchronization window, select a different email, the one that is different from the one you saw in step 2.
- Next, in the "Choose Game" window, select the game from the CLOUD (‼️DO NOT TAP THE "In Device" OPTION, as this will permanently delete your progress, and we will not be able to restore it‼️).
After completing these steps, your previous progress should be restored. If you saw multiple Google accounts in step 5 and your progress was not restored after following the instructions, please repeat the steps, selecting a new account each time.
