There is currently a glitch in the game that affects how energy and emeralds appear when they are added to your account.

You might notice that energy and emeralds from your rewards show up in your total before the animation plays. This can make it look like the rewards weren’t added, but if you check your energy and emerald amounts before and after opening the prizes, you will see that the numbers do change correctly.

Please be assured that this issue does not affect your actual rewards, only what you see on the screen. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and are working hard to fix this problem as soon as possible.

You can watch the video below to see what happens in the game. Before clicking the prize box, the energy bar shows 500 energy. Right after opening the box, the energy bar updates to 520 energy. The animation of energy being added appears a little later, but it does not change the energy because it was already added.
