Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for a purchase to arrive. Please make sure that your Internet connection is stable. Try restarting the game a couple of times and rebooting your device.

You are supposed to get an email with each of your receipts. If you can't find it:
 
1) Go to Amazon.com.
2) If you are not logged in, sign in with your Amazon ID.
3) Click on Your Orders in the Accounts & Lists menu.
4) To see the details of an order, click on Order Details below the corresponding order number.
