The Magic Nursery is used to breed animals of rare colors. To do it, select two regular animals of the same species that are ready for breeding and add Magic Elixir. You will get a special basket with rare eggs!

Take eggs to the Incubator (you will find the Incubator tab in the regular Nursery) and watch the magic happen! Don't forget to make room for the new arrival in a lodge and take care of it.
