If your game frequently freezes or crashes, do the following:
- Make sure you downloaded the latest version of the game from the App Store. If you’re using a jailbroken device, we cannot ensure game stability and high performance;
- Make sure your Internet connection is stable and try using a different type of network (Wi-Fi or mobile Internet);
- Force stop all unnecessary applications before launching the game. To do this, you need to swipe up from the bottom of the screen and stop in the middle of the screen, then swipe up all applications except Mahjong;
- Check your device’s storage capacity: Open Settings > General > [Device] Storage to check available storage. Free up space by removing unused apps, pictures, and videos.
