You can get a refund for in-app purchases if you have not yet used the items you purchased. However, there are some exceptions.
To get a refund, you must contact Google.
1. Visit Google Play Help.
2. Select Refunds & returns.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
If the problem cannot be resolved by chatting with them, please contact our support team and attach a screenshot of your payment receipt. We'll see what we can do about it.
