Scroll down the map until you see your friend's avatar near some level bubble. Then tap this bubble, find your friend in the TOP PLAYERS and then tap on the icon with a heart:
You’ll receive a notification saying “All gifts are sent” which means that the life you’ve just sent is on its way to your friend’s game!
