If you connected your game to your Facebook account in the game settings before you lost your progress, then it should be saved in Facebook cloud. The first thing you need to do is reconnect the game to your Facebook account (log out of your Facebook acc in the game settings and then reconnect to it):

 

If you saved your game ID somewhere before you lost your progress, send it to us, and we will restore it.
