• Make sure you and your Facebook friends have connected Facebook profiles in the settings of the game.
  • Tap the HEART icon at the top of the game screen. Once you've done that, you'll see a window with various options for getting lives. You need this one: 
  • Tap the button on the right (with two persons), select friends who you want to ask for a life, and tap the ASK button.
