When you change your device or want to play on different devices, not everything is synchronized.
 
Please note that synchronization in the game DOES NOT apply to the following items and characteristics:
  • number of coins;
  • boosters;
  • superprize paws;
  • daily prizes;
  • cats;
  • special offers;
  • expeditions;
  • adventures;
  • estate;
  • tile sets

However, if you plan on playing the game on 1 device only we will be happy to transfer everything to your new device. For this we’ll need 2 Game IDs: 1 from your old device, and 1 for your new device.
