If you are absolutely sure you do not want to keep the items purchased, you can dispute the payment and get a refund.

To do it, open your Facebook settings> Payments > select the payment from your payment history and click the Dispute button.

NOTE: the emeralds you received for the disputed payment will be removed from your game account possibly leaving you with a negative emerald balance.
