From time to time, characters in the game will ask Alex to complete special requests for them.

A Special Order is a unique order that requires completing a special item chain. To fulfill it, you will use parts of a new, unique generator.

This request always appears on the far right of the order board and does not interfere with regular orders: it doesn’t reduce the number of available orders and has no cooldown. Completing a Special Order does not grant emojis, but you will receive special rewards instead.

🌱 How does the first Special Order appear?

When upgrading buildings in the city, you may receive parts of a unique generator or find them buried in the sand on the merge board.

Once you assemble a Level 1 generator for the Special Order, a character with an exclamation mark will appear in the city. Tap on them to see the offer to start the Special Order. After the dialogue, confirm that you want to accept it, and the request will appear on the merge board.

⚡ Important to know

Boosters do not work on items from unique chains.

If you have not yet reached the required building upgrade level, you will need to upgrade it first. After that, you will receive the generator parts needed for the Special Order.
