You may get a refund for in-app purchases if you haven't used the purchased items yet. However, there are some exceptions.
We cannot access your in-app purchase records and billing information. Therefore, you must contact Apple support for refunds.

  1. Visit the Apple Support page.
  2. Select Music, Apps & Services.
  3. Select App Store.
  4. Select Subscriptions & Purchases > Request a refund.
